  • All artworks sold on our website are original, handcrafted Madhubani (Mithila) paintings created by skilled artists under the supervision of Ajit Kumar Jha.
  • Product images are for reference only; colors and patterns may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each painting.
  • Prices, offers, and product availability may change without prior notice.
  • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and estimated delivery timeline.
  • Maa Gayatri Arts reserves the right to cancel or modify any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen issues. In such cases, customers will be informed and refunded promptly.

2. Refund & Return Policy

We take utmost care to ensure every painting is inspected, packaged, and shipped safely. Since each Madhubani artwork is handmade and unique, the following policy applies:

  • Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Customized or commissioned artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

3. Shipping Policy

  • We deliver across India and to select international locations.
  • Orders within India are usually delivered within 7 to 30 days after confirmation, depending on the location and courier service.
  • International orders may take 15 to 30 days to arrive, depending on customs clearance and local postal handling.
  • Every painting is securely packed with multiple layers of protection to ensure safe delivery.
  • Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
  • Maa Gayatri Arts is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
